§0 The model ski cup is all about fun. Everyone participating should be able to present his resort in any way he wishes to. It is not worthwile to participate just aiming at the prizes!

§1 When submitting your registration, you automatically and explicitely opt in to all rules.

§2 Videos must not violate any rules of the model ski cup.

§3 Due to fairness reasons, rules may not be changed after the model ski cup has been launched.

§4 If you do not agree these rules, you must withdraw from your registration.

§5 The so-called "race date" is the latest day for handing in your video clips. You have to forward the link to your clip until this date. Later handed-in video clips will not be considered.

§6 Races are to be held on slopes, not on plateaus.

§7 Depending on the current discipline, slalom poles or gates have to be up up. Slope markers are welcome if possible, but not essential.

§8 The official model ski cup Start or finish lines must be used.

§8.1 Different designs must be approved by the organizers.

§8.2 Requirements for an approval according to §8.1 are: sponsor logos, model ski cup logo and same colouring as the default design.

§8.3 Even slight design changes have to be approved individually!

§9 You explicitly agree not to organize or participate in similar cups or events. In the case this rule gets violated, you are not permitted to participate in the model ski cup for the length of any other event competetive to the model ski cup. This rule is valid for both organizers and participants!
