§13 Voting is reserved for internal persons.

§13.1 Only participants are entitled to vote.

§13.2 Any external, neutral person can also get entitled upon request.

§14 Your voting is to be submitted either via email or via whatsapp.

§14.1 An addition concerning email voting: Only votes submitted by the same mail address as the video will be considered.

§15 Votes have to be a list of all submissions, starting off with the first place and then continuing with the second, and so on.

§15.1 It is not allowed to put two or more submissions ex-equo onto the same placing.

§15.2 Your own submission must always be the last one in the list.

§16 Every participant is obliged to hand in his vote on time.

§16.1 In case of you not being able due to time-related reasons, you have to announce this before the voting.

§17 Personal votings will be published afterwards. For fairness reasons, it is therefore possible to check whether any vote has been manipulated or not.
